General Information

This website is owned and operated by Elyse Lauthier, an Australian-based artist offering original art prints. All artworks are original creations by Elyse Lauthier and are sold for personal use only.

Products

Each artwork is an original print created by Elyse Lauthier. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is fulfilled through WeSellPrints, and their shipping timeframes and logistics apply.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods

• All sales are final. no returns or refunds for change of mind.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact elyse at lauthierelyse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with WeSellPrints to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement if damage is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of these prints and immediate fulfilment process, order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Copyright and Usage

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Elyse Lauthier.

• Purchasing an artwork does not grant any commercial rights or ownership of copyright.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission.
